Josh has a broad and varied background in property asset management, having started his career at a boutique office leasing company focused on the London City Fringes. This early experience provided him with strong foundations in leasing, tenant management, and a deep understanding of office market dynamics.

In 2020, Josh leveraged this expertise to found Armitage Real Estate, a sister company to Ardent RE, where he has continued to develop his skills across asset management, office agency, and development consultancy. He takes a strategic, hands-on approach, focusing on maximising asset value through effective leasing strategies, proactive refurbishment and repositioning, and identifying development opportunities.

By bringing this experience to the table, Josh enhances Ardent RE’s offering, transforming it from a traditional property management firm into a provider of fully integrated asset management services.

Nathan holds an MSc in Real Estate from UCEM and has many years of experience in commercial property management. He is passionate about helping tenants and landlords navigate lease matters smoothly. After working as a surveyor for a West End boutique real estate firm, he gained valuable insight into the industry and client needs. Managing a diverse mixed-use portfolio has taught him the importance of building strong relationships and finding tailored solutions that work for everyone involved.

Over the years, Nathan has developed broad expertise across the full spectrum of property management, including Facilities Management, accounts, tenant relations, and lease advisory. As Director of Property Management at Ardent RE, he leads a dedicated team focused on providing personalised service and creating value for clients and their properties.
